Life is a journey full of surprises, both good and bad, but it never includes instructions. I have learned that forming healthy connections with others is a vital first step. My approach varies based on the needs of the individual client(s), but always begins with a welcoming and safe environment. I have over 20 years of professional experience with children, couples, and families, specializing in foster care and adoption related issues, trauma, attachment, blended families, and grief & loss. I'm also a mother of 3 adopted children, and was a foster mother for over 15 more. Just like you, I have experienced profound loss at times throughout my life, and have struggled to find my way.
